Venus Is Retrograding - What Can That Mean To You?

Retrograde is an astrological term for a planet that turns around and heads back to where it just came from. Venus rules two fundamental qualities - love and abundance. When she retrogrades July 27 thru September 8th she will retrace her steps in these areas of our lives – inviting us to do the same – thereby opening space for 2nd chances.
Is there something you wish to do differently regarding romance or finance? As a spiritual alchemist who has been an Astrologer since the 1960’s, I’d like to offer some guidelines for utilizing this astrological phenomena in the highest way. Venus, Goddess of Love and Abundance is preparing to offer all of us an opportunity to be initiated into a higher realm of being… a more stable state of inner love and richness. To pass this initiation we need to be willing to face whatever emotional feelings are buried inside, face them and feel them. Be authentic, honest and truthful to ourselves about our hidden, unexpressed fears of worthiness regarding prosperity and love, till we reach a place of self-acceptance for the way we are and the way we are not.
Venus also presides over gardening. She keeps everything that is planted - multiplying. Whatever seeds we plant grow wild and abundant into our future. During her retrograde is a time to reassess our garden. Have we been planting what we don’t want? Is there a plant we are trying to ignore because it appears too uncomfortable to look at? To become free of the weeds of our emotions - guilt, anger, fear, worry - we must feel them. The feeling of all our states of being is the action that completes and transforms them. So be vigilant, feel what you’re feeling while simultaneously focusing on and planting what you want.
It is not advantageous to spend time focused on ‘problems’. Oh what a seed –later down the path you will forget you planted it and wonder why oh why is such and such happening to me, and what did I ever do to deserve this… When all the while what you encounter along your road of life is the reflection of what you planted…(Venus is well known for her invention of mirrors.) Let me clarify, I’m not saying to deny any problem, in fact it is imperative that we survey our garden and own, i.e., fess up to what is there and the fact that every thing in it is a result of our doing, thinking, believing … and then focus on the planting and watering of consciously selected seeds.
A secret to growing a magical garden is to plant plentiful rows of gratitude. Venus responds bountifully to our gratitude. She is so grateful when we are grateful that she lavishly pours forth gifts, talents, blessings and blissings. Our job is to simply want to remain as vigilant about being grateful as a metronome. Aim to never lose a beat. Want the state of gratitude to reign above all else. She responds to our hearts intent and graciously overlooks our blunders. We need not be perfect, just do our very best to remain focused on our heart and the gratitude it is filled with while attending to whatever ‘crops up’ in our inner and outer life. A big incentive for remaining full of gratitude no matter what is - there is no room for feelings of un-deservingness or not-readiness.
Venus does hold us accountable for living up to our spiritual realizations. We must endeavor to root and live - what we’ve learned, not just talk or write about it. And the consequences are severe because we reap what we sow. As ecstatic as it feels to live in the state of spiritual grace due to our gratitude…. is as severe the states of gloom and unrest we feel when we forget to be grateful.
So, Venus is about to stop, turn around, and retrace her footsteps. Where have you been in relation to Her areas of jurisdiction? Have you been in guilt, regret, worry or fear over relationships or money? Been doing good but ready for expansion into even greater good? In any case, you are about to get a 2nd chance, an opportunity to view your Venus areas from a broader range – and choose again. Turn mistakes into retakes. Turn successes into even greater triumph.
To recap, Venus retrograde is a perfect time to anchor in the magical feeling of thankfulness; to cultivate gratitude for everything - the blessings as well as the lessons. If we can’t find it, we can make it up, pretend it - live it as if it is true until it is. Do this, just attempt to do this - set your will to endeavor to permeate your self with feelings of gratitude - and you are nailing opening the gateway for Grace to grow within your own heart, thereby allowing you to receive the initiation of Venus – to walk thru the valley of this world while being rooted in her Heavenly Realm of love and abundance.

How do you free yourself from the guilt and remorse of regrettable deeds and choices?
How do you find peace and heal a dysfunctional past?
How do you make wrong things right?
I became free when I realized I am a product of how I responded to each life situation. Each time I chose punishment over correction and understanding; hate over love; anger over wholesome action - I caused pain and devastation to myself and others.
Once I saw my ignorant doings, I asked Spirit, what I could do about them. How could I heal my trail of tears in both my outer and inner world?
In my willingness to be accountable for my wrong I instantly saw I am innocent.
I saw I truly believed I was either a victim of my inner and outer conditions or that “I had a right and a duty to respond such and so…” “They were wrong… it wasn’t suppose to happen… If I had of had… then I would of could of… If I wasn’t so depressed, poor, then… If the world was fair I could have…”
The world seen from my victim’s eyes was sordid, twisted and sick. It was over powering, a force from which I felt I had no choice but to succumb.
The world seen from I AM THAT…
I AM the Progeny of the Most High…
is an entirely different place.
Problems become spiritual exercise
conducive to compassion and miracles.
I inter a place where the weapons are LOVE, MERCY and BEAUTY
A place so Heavenly, Godly, Powerful
That if victims have ever experienced it
It could only be thru the temporary highs of hallucinogens and such
Never to be fully assimilated.
But, there is a Gate inside each human being
where we can open to the flood of such a Heavenly Love
such a Galactic Powerful Presence
And in that avalanche of Divine LOVE
all the devastating dreams of the world
come undone
all that can be remembered in the
LOVE of the Most Beloved
is LOVE itself
and all else is but a bubble
in a floating dream.
The Gate is that place between
the ugly and the beauty
joy and sorrow
We cannot open the gate
We cannot even get to the Gate
without walking thru the fields of our own actions.
Without walking thru the fields of each our own destructions
the fields of hurt and pain we have experienced, caused or nurtured.
To reach the Gate of God, We must walk without blaming our actions on some one or some thing else.
When we are ready to walk thru the plane of our ignorance and mistakes and failures
not as a victim or as a villain
but as a soul separated from the realization of its Holy Heritage
who forgot its Mystical Essence
As a Soul who ignorantly believed s/he was powerless
living within an unfair and insane world.
As a Soul who believed in the power of a loving God but didn’t believe enough to accept her self as the ‘Sun’ of such a God.
When we walk thru our field of life in such a willing state
of seeing our self as the proprietor of all the wrong
we both gave and received in the life behind us -
upon reaching the Gate
one needs but to knock
with full seeing of its’ predicament
for in full seeing will s/he hold herself guiltless
S/He will see s/he was at all times a Holy Sun
whose crime was forgetfulness
S/he forgot and felt unworthy
and only in such an unworthy state could s/he have made such a mess.
But by reacquainting herself with just a tiny idea
of possibility of resurrection and resolution
of hope beyond such a mess
of an All Loving Presence living within
comes the possibility of a Miracle
So with this idea of the possibility of a miracle in mind
s/he knocks upon the Gate
S/he asks and prays with her entire heart and soul
for a way to make good of all her hurtful doings
to make beauty from all her ugly.
And s/he prepares to stand there
forever
if necessary
until the prayer is answered and the Gate is opened.
Because this is a Gate that only opens from the other side
and it has been written in countless mystical texts
KNOCK AND IT SHALL BE OPENED UNTO YOU
ASK AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN
So I say to you
to find such a Gate
go to your most devastating deed
reveal to yourself the worst thing you have ever done
experience the worst thing that was ever done onto you
and ask to be shown your responsibility for it as well
Go thru your devastations
naked without trying to make anyone to blame
even yourself
but go there and face it
until you see
it was by your own choice
your own ignorant choice
that it was done
and when you see that
then and only then can you
choose again
then can your past deeds be undone
by choosing to knock on the Gate of God
Just standing near the Gate of God is a blessing
your Heart quickens
your Spirits rises
for the Holy Presence extends beyond the Gate
you bathe in Its Light
you remember there is no where the Presence is not
standing at the Gate becomes a Holy Encounter
you don’t know how and you don’t know when
but you do know - EVERY THING is and will continue to turn out fine
...

Looking for rubies
Digs round in her wounds
Till she finds a rose
Repainting her life
Her ‘Hand Me Down Duty’

Re-Membering Ourselves Through The Sacred Art of Astrology
It is my contention that astrology does not represent who you are
rather, the positions of the planets and stars tell about the celestial force field through which you entered this lifetime.
The crossing thru of the celestial force field
is powerful. It leaves an incredible impression on the entity.
The field impresses a kind of like software program on to the mindset, emotions, body etc. so that we tend to identify ourselves as the
sum total of this force field rather than the Spiritual Being who entered it.
I contend that the truth is we are not that forcefield. We are Spirits who crossed thru that field and became emeshed in its vibrations mistaking the sensations predilections, fears and defensive measures that course thru our being because of this field, mistaking those frequencies as ourself.
Not so. I am the Spirit who crossed thru. I am the Spirit wearing, for the time being,
the garment of a body and of a perceptual guiding system/ programming apparatus (i.e., the astrological coordinates) that has been imprinted on my Spirit by the field.
I am not a Pisces
I am not any of the signs described
I operate and express THRU the qualities of Pisces
but I am not that
I am Spirit
I am Immortal
I am Divine
and so are you
and so is every one

Immersing in your Uranus Frequencies
Galactic Shape Shifter, Soul Lifter
So you want a new life. Want to wipe your slate clean, begin from scratch? Uranus is the power you want to call on.
You want freedom, enlightenment, cosmic understanding, to be inventive, be a composer, open up your intuitive, serve humanity, connect with aliens, be spontaneous, connect with your future self, practice Astrology?
Watch what you ask for when Uranus is around. She rules earthquakes, tornadoes, typhoons and such, the kind of sudden acts of nature that can wipe out all your old ways in a second. Leave you stark naked. But dont be quick to judge what she gives as bad. With Uranus, there is always a gift although it often comes wrapped in strange weird disguises. And most often than not as a great surprise. Uranus dont give a damn bout our pain, its only aim is to free us, to open us to our Soul to the fact that we are immortal and not from here.
Uranus is the planet that is representative of an energy within our consciousness that is most aligned with truth and freedom. Uranus represents what is not bound by form or time but of space, stars and angelic realms. Uranus, at the time of this writing is wearing the vibratory patterning of Pisces. Uranus is now in what is called mutual reception with Neptune. This is because Uranus is in Neptunes sign of Pisces and Neptune is in the sign Aquarius which Uranus rules. A most auspicious time to align with your Uranian frequency of truth and freedom in a most deep and imaginative way.
The following is a transcribed recording of my own personal encounter with my Uranian energies during a deep prayerful meditation process. It can serve as an example of a way to bathe yourself in your Uranus Awakening Awareness frequencies. :
"I now align with Uranus as a radiant energy of bright violet light. Violet to white. I feel it coming from outer space dropping in to my inner planetary zone. Hugh, bright, radiating fiery intelligence, magnetic, electric. It comes with excitement. As I drop in to its frequency field, its electrical energies begin quickening my own. I relax into the quickening. I watch and then let go of putting my negative labels on what it feels like to have this quickening. I allow, I let my experience be as it be. It feels very fast paced, revved up but I let my self have this feeling. Now its coming in as empty space a purity, an absolute openness. It feels like ionized liquid. A liquid not as dense as our water, but a liquid that pours like water yet shines like light.
I let this Uranian energy come in. It comes as a ball of light, white, violet with tinges of yellow. I let it take holographic shape - it is still Uranus but it can and does take on the form of angelic presence, a Godly, Christ like, alien presence. Donning a human shape, it carries with it an incredible magnetic chalice, an urn made of a substance, unlike any substance on this earth. Its holographic, its both tangible and intangible. From it pours this radioactive, electric water like liquid light, knowledge and infinite magnificent silent space. I open up the top of my head. I can feel my heart beat pounding there, like a volcanic crater. I open up my crater and let this incredible light being fill me with holographic etheric like liquid. It feels more real than any earthly formulated substance I let it pour into my crown and fill every inch of my physical being in an instant.
The liquid is electrifying, purifying, emptying and recharging my entire physical system. Charging every area of my DNA. All the molecules, atoms, cellular structures. My whole
energy system that I call my mind, my mental, intellectual system is being washed clean purified and activated so quick I cant say I actually feel it. Whatever appears to be feeling or not felt, I let be. I rest in it, I glorify in it, I bathe in it. Its clearing the energy centers that
are dedicated to the intuitive. Now the emotional system. As it hits the emotional system I am leaving the physical body and feeling the energy all around the body the electromagnetic body is being purified. All untrue emotional energies are being sucked out of this, my galactic system"
Uranus as a Symbol for our Galactic Nature
That is what I am, what you are - a galactic system, in the shape of a human being, incarnated on planet earth. We can use this incredible energy of Uranus in Pisces and Neptune in Aquarius by creating self created rituals and creative meditation breaks. We can let ourselves, for an instant, be fully connected to the vibratory frequencies of our inner solar system, our galactic system. We can let ourselves immerse in our frequencies as a Solar being, as a Sun, a holy Sun of the Universe, a holy Sun of our Creator, a holy Sun of God/Goddess. For in the spaces, the clearing that Uranus makes, we can let the light of our inner sun brighten and shine as we momentarily, let go of all earthly concerns.
We can create breaks from this world of illusion any time we want. For a moment we can let go of the world as weve ever known it. We can let ourselves vibrate in our own uniqueness, in our own inner solar system. In our own system of light. In our own system of magnitude, of holiness, of grace simply by taking in deep conscious breaths, knowing that our breaths are charged with electrical Uranian, God currents. Angelic force fields of grace and light.
We can let ourselves float in this space as if we are round and no longer linear. No beginning, no end. Pure radiant light. We can let ourselves be refueled, recharged and shifted by this light. Holding on to nothing including this experience. Letting everything be in the instant just as it is flashing. Radiating. We can let this Uranian energy come all the way in, fully merged with our own systems. As it merges and reunites, we may have a flash of recognition that this is not a force outside ourselves. This is an incredibly unique and magnanimous aspect of our Self.
Lets let our selves breathe in conscious awareness. Lets let the scintillating, electrical current of cosmic energy infiltrate our bones, our teeth. The densest aspect of our being - and our muscles. We can let this Uranian frequency activate our entire boney structure. From the tips of our skulls all the way down our vertebrae, down our limbs, neck arms, legs, down thru our toes. Feel the heat or the coolness, activate, regenerate and know in an instant all is returned to spiritual perfection. All is healed. We can send this light that we are experiencing in the now into our back. Let the energy flow out our back through our entire past. Purify or erase.
We can simply intend that our past, in this and all lifetimes is purified in an instant. We are light beings therefore we are beyond the speed of light. We are beyond time. So in an instant the whole of our past can be purified and divinely aligned. We can come back to our system electrically charged. We can visualize rays of electrical, light type current flashing thru our anticipated, projected future. Purifying, cleansing and opening space.
In the spaces that have been purified let us fill these places with pure radiant intelligent light. The plane of Uranus is where our planetary mission is ignited. We can open up space in our entire system to receive guidance from this aspect of our own being. Our
cosmic aspect. We can let this aspect rearrange and change our thinking, perceiving, desire nature, emotional nature and our physical construct. Let it infiltrate us on every level so that we reconnect and realign with our Divine and reverse our manner of operation. Rather than calling upon angels and guides to gimme this and gimme that we can stand poised with open heart, mind, eyes, ears to receive direction from our galactic angelic aspect.
Those of us who are ready and willing to make a difference upon humanity know that we do so by sitting in the space of our galacticness simply being what we are. When you are authentic, truthful and spontaneous, you are in fact, contributing to the life force, the planetary stream in the highest most magnificent way. Its not about what you do its about who you are.
Guided Uranus Frequency Break
Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths. Let your self imagine you are breathing in the liquid magnetic alchemical light of truth. Imagine you are being bathed in the life force emanating from the Aquarian Urn. Imagine you have broken free from all timely obligations and tradition. Trusting fully in the miracle of truth. In that little willingness to be open to the miracle of truth, the miracle of the moment, trusting that all you need is right here, right now. That all the power that ever was or will be is here now. That all the knowledge and love that ever was or will be is here now. For you are the Holy Sun. You are basking in and radiating out the frequencies of your most Holy Sun. Give thanks and gratitude for your Uranian, Angelic self. Before you return to waking consciousness declare and affirm to yourself that you are willing to be transported to a new place in your mind, actions, feelings and intentions. Let yourself be delivered into a whole new space knowing that as you open your eyes, everything will apparently look the same, but all things will inherently be different. It is fact, for a moment you have left your normal routine and for a moment you have given full conscious awareness to the activation of the Uranus aspect of your being. And in doing this you have put a crack in your world. You have put a crack in your routine, your habitual way of dealing with your day. Therefore your future can now line up differently. Ask that it line up with your highest most holiest, most humanitarian destiny and mission. Thank and bless yourself for this moment in time. You may let what you have called into your awareness, let it remain with you in the form of a holy guardian angel, a holy guardian Uranian angel. Both a part and not apart of your being. Both yourself and your not self - this magnificent and magnanimous union with an aspect of the Divine. Now prepare to open your eyes, in a moment, to a whole new aspect of you being, whole new world, whole new universe. Willingly let yourself be guided into a higher spiral. Praise be to God, to the Holy Spirit, to the angels surrounding for the guidance to take a step out of time, to reconnect with the Divine.
When you are ready, count slowly from 5 to 1 and see yourself coming closer and closer into full consciousness in time and space in this room. The count of 5, being aware of your body, count of 4, aware of your breath count of 3, beginning to stretch, yawn and move the body 2, feeling great, energetic, relaxed and at peace and 1, open your eyes and be fully here now.
Give your self a nice shake up and then let yourself be. Dont force yourself to continue with plans you made before this moment in time. Just let yourself unwind. Let yourself feel drawn or driven to do or to not do. Trust the universal forces, trust your inner
knowing. Trust that prior agreements and responsibilities will all be handled, perhaps handled differently. Handled in a spontaneous and erratic and unique fashion. The saying that comes to mind is "let the work get done thru the fun"
Sometimes the longest distance is the shortest way home.
Sometimes the illogical way is the most fruitful, loving and rewarding way.
So let it be.
